Gun Dog Programs
There is nothing better to hunt with than a well trained dog!
We fully understand this thought and have set out to make every hunter's dream of hunting over world class dogs a reality!
Our Gun Dog Program is broke down into 3 categories:
Basic Gun Dog
This program is designed to give the every day hunter a dog that they can enjoy year round at the house, on the boat, or wherever else life takes you; as well as be ready for opening day!
The Basic Gun Dog program includes obedience training, formalizes the retrieving process, steadies the dog, and puts the dog through simulated hunting scenarios. When you get your dog home from this program they will be ready to sit steady and deliver birds to hand that they see fall.
Intermediate Gun Dog
For the hunter that hunts a little more, and wants a dog that is proficient on double marked retrieves as well as hunting distance blind retrieves; the is the program for you. The Intermediate program builds on the Basic program, and teaches the dog to handle more difficult scenarios. I recommend this program to anyone who plans to hunt their dog more than a hand full of days per season. The skills your dog will learn in the Intermediate program are invaluable when hunting!
Advanced Gun Dog
The true "Finished Dog" is what you can expect out of the Advanced Gun Dog Program. Once again it is a progression of what your dog has learned in previous programs, and you will yield the dog that is ready for most anything a full season of hunting can throw at him! More memory will be built for higher numbers of marked retrieves, as well as the blind retrieve will be refined and improved to the point that you're ready to run that 200 yard blind retrieve on the goose that sailed in the rice field. For any guide dogs, or avid hunter's dogs, I truly recommend hunting with a dog that has completed our Advanced Gun Dog program. You will never want anything else after doing so!
